Track & Trace
After your order is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email. You can use it to follow your delivery.
- If the tracking is not yet active, please check again the next business day.
- In rare cases, carriers may take several days to update tracking information.
Delivery & Pickup
- If you are not at home, the delivery will be redirected to a nearby pickup point.
- You will receive a notification with pickup location and available days.
- No paper “not-at-home” slips; all notifications are digital.
Returns
Business customers:
- No right of withdrawal applies (pursuant to terms & conditions for business customers).
Private customers:
- You may return your order within 14 days after receiving it.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
- Include the invoice or packing slip with your return.
