  • Shipping carriers include PostNL, DHL, or UPS.

Track & Trace

After your order is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email. You can use it to follow your delivery.

  • If the tracking is not yet active, please check again the next business day.
  • In rare cases, carriers may take several days to update tracking information.

Delivery & Pickup

  • If you are not at home, the delivery will be redirected to a nearby pickup point.
  • You will receive a notification with pickup location and available days.
  • No paper “not-at-home” slips; all notifications are digital.

Returns

Business customers:

  • No right of withdrawal applies (pursuant to terms & conditions for business customers).

Private customers:

  • You may return your order within 14 days after receiving it.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
  • Include the invoice or packing slip with your return.
