Orders for in-stock items placed and paid for before 4:00 PM (CET) on business days are dispatched the same business day via PostNL. Every shipment includes Track & Trace, allowing you to follow your order from dispatch to delivery.

Delivery options
Once your order has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email. You will usually receive the tracking information by email, or you can view it in your customer account. It may take up to 24 hours for this to become visible.
The delivery person usually makes one delivery attempt. If you are not home, you can schedule a new delivery time yourself via PostNL. If this is not possible, the package will be delivered to a PostNL pick-up point nearby, where you can collect it within seven days.
Collection at our location is only possible by appointment, after consultation with our customer service and only for orders that have already been paid for. We therefore always send your order by post once we have received your payment.
